PROJECT
After reviewing proposals from designers, the technology retailer b8ta selected Studio Terpeluk as the architects for a pilot location focused on apparel. Located on Melrose Ave in LA, Forum was a temporary boutique specializing in hosting independent clothing companies that previously had no brick & mortar presence. Powered by b8ta, the store used RFID tags to note whenever an item is taken into the try-on room. The featured brands received the data showing which items are tried on most.
